Fuji Bit Inc. ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the OKUSURIBIYORI mobile application ("the App").
We do not collect the following personal information from you in the App:
The medication records, remaining supply, appointments, condition notes, reminder times, and medicine photos that you create within the App are stored on your device (in the App's storage) and are never transmitted to our servers.
However, if your device's OS backup is turned on (iOS: iCloud Backup / Android: backup to your Google account and device-to-device transfer), this data may be included in the backup of your own account. Backups are provided and managed by Apple / Google, and we have no access to their contents. Your ad setting (personalized ads choice) is excluded from Android backups and transfers.
We do not provide or sell your information to third parties, except through the services below.
The free version of the App shows banner ads at the bottom of the Today screen through Pangle (an advertising platform operated by Bytedance). Pangle's ad SDK may collect the following information and share it with advertising partners taking part in bidding, for ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention:
What you enter in the App (medication logs, appointments, condition notes, etc.) is never sent to Pangle.
On iOS, in accordance with Apple's privacy requirements, the App shows the tracking permission prompt after launch. The ad SDK (Pangle) does not start until you answer it. Personalized ads are shown only if you allow tracking and "Settings → Personalized ads" is also on (on by default).
On Android, the App asks on first launch whether personalized ads may be shown ("Show personalized ads" / "Don't personalize"). The ad SDK (Pangle) does not start until you answer. You can change this later in "Settings → Personalized ads". This choice is excluded from Android backups and device-to-device transfers.
While you are on the Pro plan, no ads are shown or requested. If the App already knows you are on Pro when it starts (as of its last successful check with the store), the ad SDK is not started at all (an ad SDK that already started while you were on the free version keeps running until the App is fully closed, e.g. removed from recent apps, or the device restarts, after purchasing Pro). See the Pangle End User Data Privacy Policy for details. Requests to access or delete data collected by Pangle can be made to Pangle.
Pro feature purchases are processed through the Apple App Store / Google Play systems. We do not directly receive payment information. Please refer to each store's privacy policy.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Data recorded in the App is stored on your device and is removed from the device when you uninstall the App. If it is included in an iCloud or Google account backup, please delete that backup from your OS settings. We do not retain any of your data on our servers, so no separate deletion request is necessary.

We may update this Policy as needed. Material changes will be communicated within the App or on this website.
