These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OKUSURIBIYORI mobile application ("the App") provided by Fuji Bit Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
The App is a tool that assists you in keeping a personal record of your daily medication intake. The App is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Pricing & Subscriptions
- The basic features of the App are free to use (with advertisements).
- "Pro" features (hide ads, adherence chart, PDF export, medicine photos) are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Pricing follows the App Store / Google Play display (~$0.99 / month or ~$7.99 / year, in your local currency).
- Payment will be charged to your App Store / Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings on each store.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information you record in the App.
- Always follow your physician or pharmacist's instructions for prescribed medications. The App's reminders do not guarantee that you will take your medication.
- App data is stored on your device. Loss, damage, or factory reset of your device may result in data loss.
4. Prohibited Use
- Reverse engineering, modification, or redistribution of the App
- Interfering with the operation of the App
- Use that violates applicable law or public order
5. Disclaimer
We disclaim all liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to health consequences resulting from delayed, missed, or mistaken medication doses.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be communicated within the App or on this website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at our place of business.
